CELINA - When area residents gather with their families on Thursday for a Thanksgiving feast, Celina firefighter/paramedic Mitch Leugers and his second family will be enjoying a holiday meal he prepared.
At least they hope they have time to savor the turkey, mashed potatoes and other holiday staples Leugers has on the menu. When it comes to meal time, firefighters never know if they will get a call dispatching them to a fire or emergency medical services run. [More]

ST. MARYS - Three students suffered minor injuries when two district school buses collided at the intersection of Spruce and Spring streets late Monday morning.
St. Marys Police Sgt. Brian Christopher said bus No. 18 operated by Sandra Bechtol was stopped at the stop sign. Behind it, Amy Bubp was operating bus No. 26 and did not notice that bus No. 18 had stopped and struck it at a low rate of speed. [More]

WAPAKONETA - The ballots in the tightly contested New Bremen School Board race likely will need to be recounted.
  Auglaize County Board of Elections Director Michelle Wilcox informed board members on Tuesday that the likelihood of the recount stands at 99 percent. [More]
