* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.

Ruth Topp
Ruth A. Topp, 87, of New Bremen, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018, at 7:53 am in Otterebein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born August 30, 1929 to the late William and Grace (Magoto) Stutz. On September 24, 1949 she married Lester I. Topp, and he preceded her in death on December 18, 2012.
She is survived by two sons; Gary (Sheree) Topp, New Bremen and Mike (Joyce) Topp, New Bremen; two daughters, Shirley Deen, Forest VA and Jill (Michael) Nagel, New Bremen; a brother, John Stutz, Middle Point, Ohio; two sisters, Pearl Mason, Van Wert, and Judy Lewis, Van Wert; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Margaret Miller, Edna Creel, Betty Shertzer, Bill Stutz, Bob Stutz, Danny Stutz and one great grandchild.
Ruth worked at Goodyear, St. Marys, Crown Equipment, New Bremen, and retired from Huffy's, Celina after 21 years of service. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen.
Visitation hours will be from 4:00 pm–7:00 pm on Monday, January 15, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home 1175 E. Greenville Rd., St. Marys.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen.
