Patricia Rieger
Patricia "Pat" Rieger, 71, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 11:52 A.M. Monday, January 22, 2018, at Lima Memorial Hospital following a short illness.
She was born April 27, 1946, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Walter and June (Schnelle) Keel. She married Ronald "Reggie" Rieger on June 8, 1965, in Honolulu, Hawaii; he survives at the residence. Her mother, June Wietz, survives in Celina.
Also surviving are her daughters: Kanani (Jerry) Mullins of Celina; Tiercy (Brian) Dempsey of Franklin, Ohio. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Tyler Mullins; Jordan Mullins; Jennifer Freuh; Jeremy Mullins; Kylie Hardee; Ashley Froning. She is survived by her sisters: Janet Parker of Piqua; Jody Kelley of Spencerville; Shelly Hines of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Pat was a graduate of Celina High School. She retired after 25 years of service at Huffy Manufacturing Company in Celina. She enjoyed being a very creative and organized wife and mother. She loved animals, especially squirrels.
Funeral rites will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 26, 2018, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Deacon Marty Brown, officiant. Private family burial rites will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services on Friday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Putnam County Hospice.
