* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Delmer Brandewie
Delmer J. "Jack" Brandewie age 90 of Osgood, Ohio died at 7:30 AM on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Briarwood Village Coldwater.
He was born on March 19, 1927 in Osgood, Ohio to the late William H. & Eleanor (Bohman) Brandewie. He married Rosemary B. Kemper on June 2, 1951 in Minster, Ohio and she preceded him in death on September 12, 2005.
He is survived by sons: William J. & June Brandewie, Versailles and James M. & Linda Brandewie, Fort Loramie, 3 grandchildren Kristen & Cameron Ruffer, Nathan & Jodi Brandewie & Morgan Brandewie, 3 great grandchildren Kyden, Rosalie and Amelia, in-laws Clara Brandewie, Coldwater, Thelma Zegarelli, Utica, NY, Rich & Mary Jean Kemper and Robert & Judy Kemper, both of Minster.
He was preceded in death by sister Wilma Meyer-Schockman, brother, Omer Brandewie, in-laws Norbert Meyer, Louis Schockman, Nick Zegarelli and Dorothy & Leo Finnen.
He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. Jack was a lifelong farmer and a former director of Osgood State Bank. He was an antique Ford Tractor enthusiast.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4 to 8 PM on Monday and from 9 to 10 AM on Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
