* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Madonna Hall
Madonna Hall, age 88, a longtime resident of Celina passed away peacefully on January 30, 2018. Madonna was currently residing at the Ganzhorn Suites, Powell, OH.
She was born in Center Township on April 28, 1929 to the late Silas and Edna (Koons) Harner. She was a graduate of Neptune High School Class of 1947 and a longtime member of the Celina Church of God. On October 17, 1948 she married Owen V. Hall, who after 68 years of marriage preceded her in death on April 18, 2016.
Madonna is survived by their three children, Jon (Kris) Hall of Harbor Springs, MI, Jerry (Karla) Hall of Columbus, OH and Jan Hall of Dallas, TX. Three grandchildren, Michael (Elsie) Hall of Richmond, VA, Nicholas (Kaitlin) Hall of Hilliard, OH and Andrew (Laura) Hall of New Albany, OH and six great grandchildren.
Madonna was an active member of both Neptune and Celina Churches of God. Spending time with her family and friends filled her life with purpose and joy.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Madonna's birthday, April 28th at the Celina First Church of God, 850 Fairground Road, Celina. The Hall's will receive family and friends at 9:30 AM with a memorial service scheduled for 10:30 AM.
