* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Rockford, Moulton, Mendon, Buckland, Neptune, Tama, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Kossuth and Chattanooga.

Joy Wurster
Joy J. Wurster, age 82, of Celina, Ohio, died at 12:08 pm, February 3, 2018, at State of the Heart Hospice Care Center in Greenville, Ohio.
She was born January 12, 1936, in Mercer County, Ohio to the late Gerald and Ester (Bury) Springer. On August 29, 1953, she married John Wurster, and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2009.
Survivors are two sons, Terry and Jerry Wurster, both of Celina; a sister, Ann (Dick) Brandts, West Chester, Ohio; two brothers, Luke (Jackie) Springer, Celina, and Mark (Marlene) Springer, Celina; a brother-in-law, Neal (Shyla) Wurster, Celina; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Trafzer, Celina.
She was also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Jane (Charles) Adams.
Joy retired from Huffy's in Celina after 40 plus years of service. She was also a devoted homemaker, and helped on the family farm. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
For many years Joy and John enjoyed square dancing, card club, and spending time with family and friends.
Memorial services will begin at 11:00 am, Thursday February 15, 2018 in St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Jeffery G. Gramza officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice of Darke County.
