* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Craig Albright
Craig Allen Albright, age 71, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away at his residence surrounded by his family on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 12:23 am.
He was born October 11, 1946 in Celina, Ohio to the late Robert A. and Clarabelle Lidia (Heil) Albright. On February 24, 1967 he married Dottie Jane (Wright) Albright, and she survives at the residence in St. Marys.
He is also survived by a daughter, Lori (Dale) Brown, St. Marys; a son, Jeff A. Albright, St. Marys; two sisters, Deb Tester, Wapakoneta, Ohio, and Kim (Carl) Fortman, St. Marys; and seven grandchildren, Katlyn, Kyle, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Alivia, Abigail, and Madison.
Preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Tom Tester.
Craig was a 1964 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He proudly served his country in the National Guard. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after 40 years of service. He was a member of Only Believe Ministries in Botkins, Ohio, and the N.R.A.
Craig enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, friends, and grandchildren whom he adored. He was also very proud to have received the Carnegie Award.
Funeral services will begin at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 12, 2018, in Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys; where the family will receive friends from 3:00 pm–6:30 pm prior to the services at the funeral home.
