* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Helen Nosek
Helen Beatrice "Bea" Nosek, 88, formerly of Mendon, died Sunday, March 3, 2018, at Otterbein Retirement Community, Saint Marys.
She was born December 17, 1929, in Delphos, Ohio, the daughter of William and Bertha (Rahrig) Wagner. She married Robert E. Nosek on August 28, 1948; he preceded her in death on February 28, 1994.
She is survived by her son, Gary (Laurie) Nosek of New Bremen; and by a daughter, Linda (Bill) Huber of Saint Marys. She is survived by three sisters: Margaret Topa of Jackson, Michigan; Dorothy Breining of Saline, Michigan; Mary Lou Gaul of Saline, Michigan. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Joan Wagner of Coldwater, Ohio. Bea is survived by seven grandchildren: Stephanie (Bill) Walker of Saint Marys; Bryan Householder of Saint Marys; Brent (Christy) Householder of Avon, Indiana; Kim (Tony) Kremer of Lewis Center, Ohio; Kelli Nosek of Cincinnati; Tyler Nosek of New Bremen; Tara Nosek of Saint Marys. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren: Jaxon and Owen Kremer.
Bea was preceded in death by her parents; by two brothers: Urban Wagner and Clarence Wagner; by four sisters: Idella Suever; LaDonna Coby; Velma Heidenescher; Catherine Bauer.
Private family funeral rites will be held at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
