* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.

Jerry Hemmelgarn
Jerry "Jake" Hemmelgarn passed away at home in Knoxville, TN on March 6, 2018. He was 70 years old.
Born February 5, 1948 in Celina, OH to Oscar and Mary Hemmelgarn, he graduated in 1970 from the College of William and Mary where he played for the men's basketball team.
He was a seasoned sales and operations veteran of the office and residential furniture industries. Jake inspired and mentored many young people in their personal lives and business careers, was an avid reader, sports enthusiast, and devoted grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers-in-law Mark, Gary, Tom, and sister-in-law Shelly.
He is survived by his loving wife Barbara, children; Daniel Cook and wife Linda of Vero Beach, FL, Andrew Cook and wife Donna of Vero Beach, FL, Oscar Hemmelgarn and wife Jennifer of Knoxville, TN, and Jessie Leiner and husband Adam of Ellicott City, MD. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Mackenzie, Ava, Eloise, Annie, Logan, and Lucy; his brothers and sister: Mike (Jan), Tom (Vickie), Pat (Marty), Jim (Carol), Jack (Nancy), Peggy, Sam; mother-in law, Patty, brother-in-law Bill and sisters-in-law Connie (Brian), Erin (Greg), Kristy (Dave), Mona, Holly, and Kelly (Ken) as well as numerous nephews and nieces whom he loved dearly.
There will be a Celebration of Life Visitation 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN.
