* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.

Robert Schritz
Robert Matthew Schritz, age 83 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Friday March 9, 2018 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born on Dec. 7, 1934 in Celina, Ohio, the son of the late Alois and Eva Marie (Beckman) Schritz. On Sept. 17, 1960 he married Norma Jean Hassan, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are his children Kirt Robert (Paula) Schritz of Coldwater, Kristen Kay (Jeffrey) Bateman of St. Croix, VI, Kyle Alois (Elizabeth) Schritz of Coldwater, six grandchildren Allyson, Ryan, Spencer, Abby, Laci and Erin, two sisters Ann James of Aiken, S. C., Penny Schritz of Lady Lake, Fl and a sister-in-law Jackie Welter of Del Mar, CA.
Robert graduated from the Celina High School in 1952. Then he served his country in the United States Marine Corps until 1962. He owned and operated the Napa Auto Parts in Celina. He was a member of the Celina Moose Lodge and the Coldwater Eagles.
A Private family interment will be held in the North Grove Cemetery at later date. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
