* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Edna Poor
Edna Mae Poor, age 84, of Mendon, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 2:29 am at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born February 12, 1934 in Mendon to the late Charles and Edna (Muttersbaugh) Fishbaugh. On July 29, 1950 she married William "Bill" Poor, and he preceded her in death on June 24, 2010.
Survivors include a son, Steven Poor, Celina; a daughter, Linda Poor, Celina; a sister, Josephine Mead, Texas; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by a son, Wayne Poor; two daughters, Wilma Nieberg, and Sharon Poor; two sisters, Isable Mauk, and Mary Schaffer; and a brother, Phil Fischbaugh.
Her family meant the world to her, especially her grandchildren and she will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Pastor Randy Christian officiating; where the family will receive friends from two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery, Mendon, OH.
