* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Rosemary Gremaux
Rosemary B. Gremaux, 91, of Decatur died on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Adams Woodcrest.
She was born on May 1, 1927, in Allen County, IN, the daughter of the late Frank and Rosa (Sorg) Ottenweller. On November 27, 1952, she married Joseph F. Gremaux and after 60 years together he preceded her in death on March 20, 2013.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and its Rosary Society. Rosie worked the majority of her life raising her large family as a homemaker.
For numerous years, Rosie along with her husband Joe helped organize and run many events, functions, and day-to-day activities for the Knights of Columbus Msgr. J.J. Semeitz Council 864 in Decatur.
Rosie is survived by her 6 sons, Ron (Teresa) Gremaux of Kendallville, Dan (Jane) Gremaux of Decatur, John (Patty) Gremaux of Cassopolis, MI, Jim (Connie) Gremaux, Stan Gremaux and Mike (Monica) Gremaux all of Decatur; 2 daughters, Judy (Steven) Knowles of Woodburn, and Diane (Randy) Goettemoeller of Maria Stein, OH; 2 brothers, Joe (Ruth) Ottenweller and Bob (Jane) Ottenweller both of Hoagland; 2 sisters, Theresa Oberley of Monroeville and Germaine (Rod) Walker of Carmel; 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Don, Dick, Carl, and John Ottenweller.
Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Haggard-Sefton-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with reciting of the Holy Rosary at 1:30 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, with calling 1 hour prior from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the St. Mary's Parish Hall. Father David Ruppert will be officiating and burial will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic School or Masses.
