* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Robert Hobkirk

Robert L. Hobkirk, 76, of Ft. Jennings died 11:43 p.m., Monday, May 7, 2018 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

He was born October 6, 1941 in Osage, Iowa. On May 8, 1998 he married Jeannie Mathew, and she survives in Ft. Jennings.

Also surviving are four children: Lisa (Kirk) Emerson, Mike (Suzie) Hobkirk, LaVonne (Pat) Wolfe, and Mark Hobkirk, all of Iowa and stepson T.J. Mathew of Fresno, California; one brother: Don (Eunice) Hobkirk of Gainsville, TX, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Jackson Township.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
