* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Freeda Fiely
Freeda M. Fiely, age 91, a resident of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in Portland.
Freeda was born on December 17, 1926, in Jay County, the daughter of Ara R. and Ruth Alda (Caster) Smith. She was the only survivor of 11 children. She married Harold P. Fiely on February 10, 1944 and he passed away on November 5, 1961.
Freeda was a life member of the Portland Moose Lodge and the Portland American Legion Auxiliary. Freeda was a homemaker who loved her children and was always there to help her family. She enjoyed sending all of her family birthday cards throughout the year.
Survivors include: 3 daughters: Sandra Lee Byrd (husband Carl) - Jamestown, Kentucky; Patricia K. Clott (husband Donald) - Portland, Indiana; Cynthia L. Muhlenkamp (husband Michael) - Celina, Ohio; 3 brothers-in-law: Lewis Fiely - Greenville, Ohio; Robert Fiely - Oklahoma; Linus Fiely - Alabama; 1 sister-in-law: Marilyn Smith - Portland, Indiana; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Green Park Cemetery in Portland.
Memorials may be directed towards Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.
