* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Marilyn Hellwarth
Marilyn A. Hellwarth, age 87, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, Ohio.
She was born August 15, 1931 in Muskingum County, Ohio to the late Perry and Elizabeth (Syrbek) McElfresh. On November 23, 1953 she married Dean Hellwarth; he preceded her in death on February 24, 2006.
She is survived by a daughter, Kim Hall, Celina; a son, Calvin (Lillian) Hellwarth, Celina; a brother, Sidney (Iris) McElfresh, Kettering, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Jean Hellwarth, Celina; grandchildren, Brandy (Chris) Barnes, SC, Shirley Hall, VA, Laura Mae (Mark Johnson) Hellwarth, Celina, and Jonathan Hellwarth, Celina; and two great grandchildren, Hayden Barnes and Aldren Ray Germaine Johnson.
Marilyn is also preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Mae; a son-in-law, Oscar Hall; two sisters, Jane (Bob) Kinney, and Bernice (Bill) Buehler; two brothers, Perry Robert (Ester) McElfresh, and Tom McElfresh; and a brother-in-law, Dillan Hellwarth.
She was a 1949 graduate of Frazeysburg High School in Frazeysburg, Ohio. Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and a devout Christian. She was a wonderful homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina.
Memorial services will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 29, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Jon Exman officiating; where the family will receive friends 10:00 am-11:00 am prior to the service. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, OH.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina.
