* At 747 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rockford, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Rockford, Waynesfield, Mendon, Buckland, Uniopolis, Neptune, Kossuth, State Route 116 at State Route 197, and Tama.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 114 and 118.

CELINA - Ohio Department of Agriculture officials are in the process of permitting some livestock producers in the Grand Lake Watershed to make emergency manure applications during the winter ban to prevent storage units from overflowing.
They're weighing the potential environmental impact of perhaps as many as 28 producers spreading manure on fields whose conditions meet ODA requirements versus storage overflow. [More]

That was her message after the Redskins gave up a 10-point halftime lead to New Bremen to trail by one going into the fourth quarter.
St. Henry did finish, scoring the first seven points of the final period to go back ahead and fend off the state-ranked Cardinals 44-38 in MAC action at Cardinals Gymnasium. [More]
