* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Irwin D. Foley, 84, of Wapakoneta, died Jan, 9, 2019, at his home.
Funeral services will at held 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at the First Assembly of God Church, Lima. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel.
