* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Judith Simmons
Judith A. (Staver) Simmons, age 67, of North Street, (Newport) Fort Loramie, Ohio, passed away of natural causes at her residence early Saturday morning, January 12, 2019.
She was born March 14, 1951, in Greenville, Ohio to the late George M. and Thelma E. (Midlam) Staver.
Judy is survived by a long-time companion, Melvin Grisez of Newport; three children: Joseph Simmons & fiancee Brenda Schulze, Jodi Simmons & fiance Jeffrey Burke, Jennifer Simmons & fiance Allen Fraizer, all of Minster; ten grandchildren: Derek Simmons, Dustin Simmons, Cory Schulze, Chad Schulze, Tasha Brueggert, Dillon Grimm, Jacob Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Destiny Leugers, Colton Robbins and eight great-grandchildren; additionally two siblings Dave & Deb Staver of Ansonia and Sharon & Mike Lyme of Ansonia also survive.
She was preceded in death by one brother, George Staver and an infant sister, Theresea Staver.
In 2014, Judy retired from the Minster Machine Company where she worked in the foundry for 35 years. In her leisure, Judy enjoyed flower gardening, shopping and camp fire cook outs. She especially enjoyed interacting with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie with Chaplin Andral Gooden presiding. Interment will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens.
Friends may call Tuesday 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Wednesday 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Gehret Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Miami Valley, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or charity of choice.
