* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

CELINA - Avid cyclist Michael McCracken stopped in Celina on Thursday along the route for his "A Reason to Ride," a roughly 500-mile venture to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
His journey started in McCracken's hometown of Hamilton. He rode 84 miles along U.S. 127 through Butler, Warren and Preble counties. [More]
