* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clean Ohio fund money, line-item dollars to pay for $629,000 project

CELINA - Lake Facilities Authority officials on Thursday approved buying 30 acres of land to construct wetlands between Chickasaw Creek and Little Chickasaw Creek for a total cost of $629,000.
The land will reportedly be converted into littoral wetlands as part of a modified treatment train for the area. Littoral wetlands are those that extend from the shoreline. [More]

ST. MARYS TOWNSHIP - The Auglaize County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male who reportedly broke into a garage and stole several items on Christmas night.
The incident happened in rural St. Marys Township at about 10 p.m., according to a news release. The male forced his way into the attached garage of a home and took several items. Information on the specific items that were taken is not being released to protect the integrity of the case. [More]
