* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Alfred Hart
Alfred T. Hart, age 91, of Carthagena, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born November 5, 1928 in Ft. Recovery to the late Thomas & Dora (Rammel) Hart. On August 5, 1950 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Carthagena he married Madonna (Koester) Hart, and she survives in St. Henry.
Al is also survived by children: Daniel & Nancy Hart of Carthagena, David Hart of Allen, Texas, Gary & Dianne Hart of St. Henry, Lois & Dale Pottkotter of Carthagena, Tim & Theresa Hart of Ft. Recovery, 17 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Surviving siblings of Al are a sister Ann Berning of Minster, and a brother Leo & Dorothy Hart of Ft. Recovery, and in-laws Jean Hart of St. Henry, Pat & John Jansen of Carthagena, Charlie & Aneta Koester of Coldwater, Jim & Linda Koester of Montezuma, Edna & Bob Stout of St. Henry, and Mary & Dick Franck of St. Henry.
Al was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Madonna Hart, siblings and in-laws: Linus & Emma Hart, George & Anna Marie Hart, Mary Catherine & Clarence Quinter, Henry (John) Hart, Margaret (Peg) & Andy Hemmelgarn, Joe Berning. His father-in-law and mother-in-law Theobald & Hilda (Hoelscher) Koester, and in-laws, John (Gene) & Edna Koester, and Ralph Koester.
He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, and the St. Lawrence Sodality. He retired from the former New Idea plant in Coldwater. He was a member of the Coldwater Eagles, VFW, the Polka Boosters, and the Coldwater Horseshoe League. He was a founding member of the Carthagena Recreation Corporation (Carthagena Park). He umpired high school baseball for 44 years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday, January 17, from 2:00 to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, and from 9:00 to 9:45 am at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
