* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Joann Jackson
Joann Mary Jackson, age 68, of Cedar Hill, TN passed away, Sunday, January 12, 2020 at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Her remains are to be cremated and a Memorial Service will be at 10 am on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 3553 S. Carter Road, Cedar Hill, TN.
She was born in Coldwater, OH on July 11, 1951 to the late Norbert R. and Mildred J. Vagedes Westgerdes. She was also preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Barbara Westgerdes and brother-in-law, Larry Parker.
She was a Customer Service Representative for CRT Printing Co. She loved flowers and was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen W. Jackson of Cedar Hill, TN; sons, Stephen W. (Sherry) Jackson, Jr, Thomas Shaine (Anna) Jackson of Ashland City, TN; grandchildren, Thomas, Josh and Kimberly Jackson; great-grandchild, Logan Jackson; siblings, Ron (Jan) Westgerdes of Coldwater, OH, Ken Westgerdes of Piqua OH, Marilyn Parker of Village Mills, TX, Dan (Nece) Westgerdes, of Minster, OH, Paul (Jan) Westgerdes of Ohio City, OH, Gerry (Lee) Westgerdes of Indianapolis, IN, Herb (Kay) Westgerdes of Ft. Recovery, OH, Arlene (Bob) Lattimer of Versailles, OH, Sandy (Steve) Knoth of Ft. Recovery, OH, Bill (Kelly) Westgerdes of Celina, OH.
