* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Bernadine Meiring
Bernadine K. Meiring, age 82, of Celina, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at her home.
She was born August 5, 1937 in Philothea to the late August & Margaret (Puthoff) Wenning. On August 8, 1956 in St. Marys Church, Philothea, she married Harold Meiring and he died May 2, 1999.
She is survived by children, Deb & Joe Portz of St. Marys and Jerry Meiring and Valarie of Celina; a grandson Justin Meiring; a great-granddaughter Ellie Jo Meiring; a sister Margie & Jack Moeller of St. Louis; and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 3 sisters, Rita & Paul Bruns, Mary & Carl Kohn and Annie & David Kemper.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. She worked in housekeeping at St. Charles Center, Carthagena and Community Hospital in Coldwater.
Bernie will be buried with her husband Harold in St. Louis Cemetery, North Star. A Mass will be held at a later date.
