* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Don Graves
Don Graves, 66, of Saint Marys, died 11:15 P.M. Friday, January 31, 2020, at Vancrest of Saint Marys.
He was born  August 25, 1953, in Saint Marys, the son of Otis and Clara (Thacker) Graves.
He married Julia Huwer on June 26, 1976, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his two sons: Adam (Andrea) Graves of Saint Marys; Todd (Amy) Graves of Springfield, Ohio. He is survived by two grandsons: Lucas and Tyler Graves.
He is also survived by his siblings: Ray (Linda) Graves of Pandora, Ohio; Joanne (Larry) Stevens of Chillicothe; Claude (Georgene) Graves of Blacklick, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers: Keith Graves and Gene Graves.
Don was a  1971 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He was a plumber at Quality Plumbing and Heating Company in Saint Marys.
He enjoyed playing golf and supporting the Saint Marys Roughriders and Ohio State Buckeyes.
A Celebration of Don's Life will be held from 1-4 P.M. Sunday, February 9, 2020, at Varsity Lanes in Saint Marys.
Memorial gifts may be given to the Saint Marys Baseball Association or Tailgate for Cancer.
