* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

At 834 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fort Loramie, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, New Bremen, Minster, Covington, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Pleasant Hill, Botkins, New Knoxville, Hardin, Russia, Laura, Fletcher, Port Jefferson, and Casstown.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 71 and 106.

Randal Wiechart
Randal E. "Randy" Wiechart, 64, of Celina and formerly of Spencerville, passed away at 10 AM Friday, June 19, 2020 in the Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born July 30, 1955 in Lima, a son of James D. and Betty I. Laman Wiechart. His father is deceased and his mother lives in Spencerville. On July 19, 2000 he married Vickie Lee McElroy, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are his children, Angelia R.( Gavin) Amos of Findlay, Jennifer A. (Rich) Wilson of Spencerville and Amanda R. (Lee) McNutt of Lima; his step children, Patricia l. Ellis, Virgil Jay (Kimmi) Keysor and Jean A. Schreima, all of Celina; 19 grandchildren and four great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren, his sister Diane (Joe) Roberts and sister-in-law, Cindy Wiechart, both of Spencerville.
Preceding him in death are his two brothers, Larry and Dennis Wiechart.
Randy was a 1973 graduate of Spencerville High School went on to study at Rhodes State Lima Campus in Electronic Engineering. For eighteen years he worked at the former Textron Corp. in Lima as an Electronic Technician until it closed. Along with his family, he enjoyed playing pool and riding his Harley Davidson cycle.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
