* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Mary Steiner
Mary Evelyn Steiner, age 88, of Celina, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Born November 21, 1931, in Celina, she was a daughter of the late Sherman & Carrie (Williamson) Enyart. Mary and Eugene F. Steiner were married on February 5, 1950, and recently celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary.
Gene survives with their 4 children: Gloria (Jack) Piercy of Goodyear, AZ, Patti (Dave) Moon of Little Canada, MN, and Dan (Shirley) Steiner and David (Vera) Steiner, of Rockford. Also surviving are a sister, Ada Ruth Fast, of Celina, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and in-laws: Joshua (Peggy) Howell of Dunkirk, IN, Mae Enyart of Van Wert, and Norma Jean Enyart of Celina.
Mary was preceded in death by brothers & sisters: Dorothy (Robert) Flore, Donald Enyart, Barbara Enyart, Norma Jean Howell, Mike Enyart, and Jerry Enyart, a great-granddaughter, Erika Che Ripley, and a brother-in-law, John Fast.
A 1949 graduate of Celina High School, Mary had worked at the Tuway Mop Factory in Rockford, then later retired from Huffy Bicycles in Celina. Mary had attended the First United Brethren in Christ Church in Van Wert. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was a favorite pastime for Mary. In her younger years, she and Gene had enjoyed camping. While a resident at The Gardens at Celina, Mary enjoyed reading and playing Bingo.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 26, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Jody Harr officiating. Burial Rites for the immediate family will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens. Visitation is from 4:00-7:00 PM, Thursday, June 25, and 10:00-11:00 AM on Friday, prior to the time of services at the Funeral Home. Attendees are asked to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by
The Ohio Department of Health.
