Janet Dingledine
Janet Dingledine, 92, of Saint Marys, died 10:32 P.M. Friday, November 20, 2020, at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born September 24, 1928, in Versailles, Ohio, the daughter of Wilton C and Ida M. (Monnin) Kamman. She married Robert Dingledine on September 10, 1955, at St. Denys Church in Versailles; he preceded her in death on January 2, 1990.
She is survived by her children: Robert Dingledine, Jr. of Saint Marys; Joseph Dingledine of Saint Marys; Stephen Dingledine of Wapakoneta; Theresa Rump of Covington, Ohio; Martha Houts of Saint Marys.
She is also survived by her five grandchildren: Richard Houts; James Houts; Michael Houts; Edward Rump; Jason Rump. She is survived by her great-grandchildren: Thomas Houts; Benjimen Houts; Weston Houts; Blaine Houts; Nathan Houts; Allison Rump. She is survived by her sister, Martha Ahlers of Kettering.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband; by a brother, Carl Kamman.
Janet was a graduate of Versailles High School. She was employed at Buckeye Leather in Versailles, and retired from the dietary department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys, and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 27, 2020, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Saint Marys, the Reverend Alexander Witt, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call one hour prior to the Mass on Friday at the church. All visitors to the church are required to wear a mask, in accordance with the mandate of the Ohio Department of Health.
