Lots for soldiers

Each year, Tri Star Career Compact's construction students build a home. This year, the program partnered with Lots for Soldiers, a non-profit organization that raises funds toward the construction of homes for veterans. A new home located at 341 Hickory Street in St. Marys, was built by Tri Star students and given to Corey and Tasha Stoker.

Living up to its mission, Lots for Soldiers selected the veteran and his wife to receive the organization's fourth home for a soldier as a way to say thanks for serving his country.

Corey Stoker served in the United States Marine Corps from 2000-2004 across the county and in Iraq.
