Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - A Marion, Indiana, woman on Thursday afternoon pleaded guilty in Mercer County Common Pleas Court to one count of aggravated murder as part of a negotiated plea agreement that spares her the death penalty.
