* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

Joe Evans
Carl Joseph "Joe" Evans, 49, passed away April 6, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.
Joe was born July 30, 1972, in St. Marys. He worked in the construction industry for most of his adult life. Joe enjoyed working out, nature walks, and camping. He really enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his children.
Joe is survived by three sons, Devin J. Peterson (Angel), 27, of Celina, Warner Jacob Evans (Josie), 25, of Mendon, and Jonah T. Evans, 21, of Columbus; a daughter, Jersie M. Evans, 16, of Mendon; his five grandchildren, Kailey, Kyleigh, Keaton, Kali and Kingston Evans, of Mendon; his mother, LouAnn Hough, of Banner, KY; five sisters, Julie M. Bowers of Pittsburgh, PA, Teresa L. Cherin (Luciano) of Sebastian, FL, Mary E. Jacobs (Del) of Celina, Loma L. Moser (Danny) of Ocala, FL, and Barbara A. Pfeiffer of Celina; two brothers, James W. Evans of Celina, and TSgt Jason A. Evans (Heather) of Litchfield Park, AZ; and eighteen nieces & nephews.
Joe was preceded in death by his father, Warner Evans, step-father, Thomas R. Hough, brother, John M. Evans, nephew, Quinn T. Stinson, and his maternal and paternal grandparents: Herbert & Julia Reed, and Carl & Iva Evans.
Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, May 8th at 2:00 pm, at Abounding Grace Church, 7495 U.S. Route 127, Celina, with Pastor Rick Brosher officiating.
A brief graveside service will be held at Neptune Cemetery at 3:00 pm, followed by a reception at Abounding Grace at 3:30 pm.
