* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in some areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Laura Fischer
Laura Lee Fischer, age 92 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
She was born in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Emil and Laura (Uetrecht) Wellman on March 14, 1930. On May 30, 1953 she married Robert L. Fischer, who died in 2010.
Laura is survived by her five children: Michael Fischer of Celina, Lorraine Smith of Indianapolis, IN, Anna (Andrew) Martin of Ft. Wayne, IN, Tim Fischer, Kevin (Gwen Roussey) Fischer both of Celina. She has four loving grandchildren Allison Martin, Aaron Martin of Ft. Wayne, Bradley Fischer of Tampa, Fl, Kyle Fischer of Celina, two great grandchildren and her brother-in-law John (Sally) Fischer of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband; son Dan Fischer; son-in-law Scott Smith; four siblings Anabelle (Robert) Siler; Roland (Jean) Wellman; William (Betty) Wellman; Carl (Norma Jean) Wellman and her sister-in-law Kay (Kenneth) Gayer.
Laura Graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1948. She was employed at the Mersman Brothers Table Company until retirement in 1987. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, the American Legion Auxiliary Post #210 and the V. F. W. Auxiliary Post #5713.
Laura's Family would like to Thank Brooke Uhlenhake for all of loving care she gave to their Mother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Thomas Brenberger C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
The American Legion and V. F. W. Auxiliary will hold membership services at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Endowment Fund at 229 W. Anthony St. Celina, Ohio 45822.
