* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Neale Frysinger
Neale J. Frysinger, age 59 of Minster, Ohio, died on July 10, 2022 at his home in Minster.
He was born on February 3, 1963 in Celina, Ohio to the late Richard James & Lois Jane (Coats) Frysinger. He married Amy Overman on September 18, 1993. She survives in Maria Stein.
He is also survived by children: Anne Frysinger, Fort Loramie, Carrie Frysinger, Wapakoneta, Christian Frysinger, Maria Stein, Josh Frysinger, Seattle, WA, Jacob Robertson, Maria Stein, sister Molly Eyink, St. Henry and brother Scott Frysinger, St. Henry.
He was member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein and was a former member of the choir. He was a 1981 graduate of Celina High School.
Private Family services will be held at a later date.
