* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Carol Lugabihl
Carol Ann (Hites) Lugabihl, 82, of Elida, formerly of Rockford, passed away at 3:00 pm on October 04, 2022 at her home. She was surrounded by friends and family, in hospice care.
Carol was born on December 15, 1939, to the late Walter A. Hites and Marie (Taylor) Hites. She was one of three children. Carol's brother, Marion Hites (85), and sister Pam Craft (76) survive.
On August 14, 1958, she married James Lugabihl, who survives. They had three children: Steve in 1961, John in 1961, and Joy in 1967. Carol was grandmother to 5 and great grandmother to 8.
She and Jim celebrated their 64 year anniversary in August and took a 10 day trip to Colorado. Carol was employed as a bus driver for 13 1/2 years, and as a rural mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 26 1/2 years, retiring in 2000. She was much loved and will be missed.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First Street, Rockford. Private family burial services will be held at a later date.
