* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Virginia Bensman
Virginia Lee Bensman, 85, of Ft. Mitchell, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Emerald Trace in Elsmere.
She was a retired nurse who volunteered in the community giving wellness checks. She enjoyed making pottery, gardening, and her Bridge Club. She was an avid reader and loved Christmas but most of all she loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Virginia was a member of St. Barbara Church in Erlanger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Charles Bensman (1994); son, Andrew Bensman (2021); parents, Louis Schulte and Louenda Schulte; brother, Robert Schulte; sisters, Betty DeitrickĀ and Margorie Dabbelt. Survivors include her son, Joseph (Amy) Bensman of Crescent Springs; daughter, Julia Bensman (Donald Starnes) of Union; daughter-in-law, Maureen Kennedy of Erlanger; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation is on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 8:00 AM until the Hour of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 all in St. Barbara Church, 4042 Turkeyfoot Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018.
Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Celina, Ohio. To continue to celebrate her life, all friends and family are invited to a reception immediately following the cemetery service at Bella's Italian Restaurant at 1081 W. Bank Road, Celina Ohio 45822.
