* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Patricia Steinbrunner
Patricia "Pat" J. Steinbrunner, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on January 20, 2023 at Atrium Medical Center in Middle Town, Ohio.
She was born February 4, 1950 in St. Henry to the late John and Myra (Romer) Delzeith. On October 25, 2000 she married James Steinbrunner and he preceded her in death on January 13, 2016.
Survivors include her children, John Harter, Celina, Brian (Kim) Harter, Wapakoneta; step children, Nikki (David) Hole, Celina and Charlie (Robin) Steinbrunner, Celina; grandchildren, Cayla and Delani; step grandchildren, Jason, Samantha, Brodie, Jonathan, Britton and Marissa; brothers, Bob (Mary) Delzeith, St. Henry, Ron Jutte, Mishawaka, Indiana, Bill (Theresa) Delzeith, St. Henry, Chris (Sandy) Delzeith, St. Henry, and Tom Delzeith, Brookville, OH; sisters, Cindy (Bill) Barhorst, Ft. Loramie, and Joan (Shane) Hultz, Albany, IN; her first husband, Jerry Harter, Lynchburg, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by two sister, Pam Jutte and Beth Geise.
Pat was a 1968 graduate of St. Henry High School. She retired after working for many years at Teleflex in Van Wert.
Pat was a devoted wife and mother, a fun-loving grandma, and had many friends. She will be missed by all.
She was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina, the Celina VFW 5713 and Celina American Legion, Post 210. Pat enjoyed going to garage sales, bargain shopping and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Mick Whistler officiating; where the family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm prior to the service.
Private graveside service will be held on Thursday morning at Mercer Memory Garden in Celina.
