* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Kathleen Burke
Kathleen "Kay" B. Burke, 66, of Glynwood, OH died 10:58 a.m. Friday January 20, 2023 at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born December 13, 1956 in St. Marys, OH to William C. and Naomi A. (Schroeder) Rison. On January 28, 1978 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, OH she married Steven R. Burke, who survives.
She is also survived by: daughter Kelly (Matt) Wilker of New Bremen, OH; son Greg (Sarah) Burke of St. Marys, OH; 6 grandchildren: Rebecca Wilker, Roxy Wilker, Chloe Wilker, Sawyar Wilker, John Burke, Avery Burke; sister Kristine (David) Stelzer of Hilliard, OH; sister Carol (Kim Wannemacher) Rison of Celina, OH; and brother-in-law Michael (Jane) Burke of Wapakoneta, OH.
Preceded in death by her parents William and Naomi Rison.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1975).
She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Glynwood, OH.
Kay will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the St. Thomas Cemetery in Glynwood.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Thomas Cemetery maintenance fund.
