* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Patsy McJunkin
Patsy Ruth Henderson McJunkin, 78, of Botkins, died 12:24 a.m. Sat. April 1, 2023, at her residence.
She was born July 4, 1944, in Fonde, KY, the daughter of William Riley & Marie P. (Barley) Henderson, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 28, 1959, she married Russell V. McJunkin, Sr., who died April 20, 1999.
Survivors include four children, Becky (Nick) Steinke, Pemberton, OH, Russell V. (Dorothy) McJunkin, Jr., Botkins, OH, Joseph "Joe" (Michele) McJunkin, St. Mary's, OH, Joshua "Josh" (Alicia) McJunkin, Botkins, OH; a daughter-in-law, Deb McJunkin, Russells Point, OH; 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and four siblings, Diane Henderson, Trish Baucher, Steve Henderson and Sheila Humbert.
She was preceded in death by a son Robert "Bob" McJunkin, a great granddaughter, Ember, and 6 siblings, Gracie Parker, Betty Rodriguez, Wilma Ables, Winnie Caldwell, David Henderson, & Mary Perry.
Patsy had worked as a clerk for the Victory Center Church of God and cleaned for JB Tool & Machine in Wapakoneta. She was a member of Victory Center Church of God, where she played the piano and sang in the choir. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and helped babysit children in her neighborhood.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Thurs. April 6, 2023, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, near Moulton. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., Wed. at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Victory Center Church of God.
