Caitlin Cramer, 18, Celina, is a senior at Celina High School. She will sing as her talent. Her platform is "Life is Precious, Wear a Helmet" and her sponsor is Celina VFW Post 5713. She is the daughter of Curt and Leah Cramer.

She is competing in the 2023 Miss Lake Festival Scholarship Pageant on Sunday.
