At 806 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Monroe, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Mercer County.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Darlene Marsee
Darlene Kay Marsee, 79, of Rockford passed away on July 29, 2023 at Paulding County Hospital.
She was born on June 05, 1944, in Decatur, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Delbert Thatcher and Catherine (Banning) Thatcher. On January 16, 1960, she married William "Conley" Marsee. Together, they shared years of memories.
Darlene attended Rockford High School. After leaving school, she worked at Huffy's in Celina for 33 years. Darlene previously attended Grace United Methodist Church in Rockford. Currently she was attending New Horizons Community Church in Rockford.
Family was the most important thing to Darlene. One of her favorite things to do was going on family vacations. She also thoroughly enjoyed, and made it a point to attend, her grandchildren's and great grandchildren's sporting events.
In addition to her husband, surviving are one son, Todd (Lori) Marsee of Lake Placid, Florida; three daughters, Brenda (Brian) Stover of Rockford, Ohio, Cindy Marsee of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Karla (Todd) Baltzell of Rockford, Ohio; two sisters, Virgie Lister of Decatur, Indiana and Marjorie (Larry) Hileman of Rockford, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren; thirty two great grandchildren; and her beloved dog Bella.
She was preceded in death by six sisters, Bonnie Sutton Ellison, Waneta Cable, Rose Johnson, Mary Dick, Virginia "Ginny" Vanhorn, and Elsie Beougher; and five brothers, Reynold, Preston, Alvin "Bub", Joseph, and Walter "Gene" Thatcher.
Services will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, August 3, 2023 at New Horizons Community Church, 833 South Main Street, Rockford, Ohio 45882 with Pastor Ken Meyer officiating.
Family and friends will be received from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, August 3, 2023 at New Horizons Community Church, Rockford, Ohio .
A private family burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Darlene`s memory may be sent to Rockford EMS, 201 South Main Street, Rockford, OH 45882, or to Rockford Recreation Association, P. O. Box 16, 705 Front Street, Rockford, OH 45882.
