Joyce Ann Emans of Rockford, OH, peacefully passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 84.

She was born on April 11, 1939, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, daughter to the late Milton and Leona (Poteet) Price.

Joyce graduated from Powell Valley High School in Speedwell, Tennessee. She moved to the Rockford area in 1963. She led a simple but fulfilling life as a self employed cleaner, cleaning several homes and businesses in Rockford for many years. Joyce also thoroughly enjoyed decorating, as well as gardening.

Surviving are two daughters, Denise (Brett) Marbaugh of Ohio City, and Donna (John) Felver of Rockford; one son, Duane (Heidi) Emans of Van Wert; three brothers, Clifford (Patsy) Price, Damon Price, and Conley (Sheila) Price, all of Speedwell, Tennessee; two sisters, Bonnie Rogers of LaFollette, Tennessee, and Faye (Bob) Hunley of Speedwell, Tennessee; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 11:00 am at Riverside Cemetery, 3750 US-33, Rockford, Ohio 45882.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Rockford Fire and EMS, 201 South Main Street, Rockford, Ohio 45882.
