* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Anita Iliff
Anita June "Martin" Iliff, age 78, of Pennington Gap, VA., passed from this life, Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
Anita was born in Celina, OH., April 18, 1945, to the late Earl and Martha Martin.
Anita is preceded in death by both parents, father, Earl E. Martin and mother, Martha Lois Schmehl Martin.
Anita is survived by her loving husband, Terry Iliff; devoted children, Linne McMurray Huber and her spouse, Mark, Kristi Iliff Post and her spouse, Dan, David McMurray and his spouse, Trisha, Jon McMurray and his spouse, Jolanda, Ross McMurray and his spouse, Julie, Brad Iliff and his spouse, Shana; twenty four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; sister, Kate Rumpff and her spouse, Roger; along with a loving host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Anita was a faithful wife, warm mother, and friend.
The family will accept friends for a Memorial Service honoring Anita, December 8, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, with services to begin at 6:00 PM. The Memorial Service for Anita will be held at Wayne Street Methodist Church located at 130 North Wayne Street, St. Marys, OH. 45885. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
