* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Rosie Kuhr
Rosie Kuhr, 62, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on November 30, 2023 at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born December 28, 1960 in St. Marys. On March 7, 1981 she married Mark Kuhr and he preceded her in death on January 27, 2021.
Rosie is survived by her mother, Linda Temple, St. Marys; and brothers and sisters, Jackie Temple, Wapakoneta, Cindy Elliott, Jackson Center, Cheryl Yates, Fort Loramie, John Fullerton, Piqua, Shelia Baysden, Indiana, Lisa Fullerton, Kentucky and Jason Fullerton, Kentucky.
She is also preceded in death by her father, Jackie Temple; and her fur babies, Bandit and Sunshine.
Rosie enjoyed crocheting, going uptown to listen to bands, singing karaoke and most of all being at home with her pets.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys; where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the start of the service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
Private graveside services will be held at Botkins Cemetery in Celina on a later date.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Kuhr family.
