* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Paul Weitz
Paul E. Weitz, 70, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023 at Divine Nursing and Rehab at Shane Hill in Rockford.
He was born August 29, 1953 in Celina to the late Charles and Alice (Weisman) Weitz.
Survivors include his brothers and sisters, Kay Heiby, Celina, Chuck Weitz, South Carolina, Jim (Brenda) Weitz, Celina and Terri (Darrell) Fuson, Celina; many nieces and nephews; and his two fur babies, Abbie and George.
Paul was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jerry Heiby; sister-in-law, Gail Weitz; niece, Becky Fuson; and two nephews, Chad Rammel and Josh Highley.
He was a 1973 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He retired from Coldwater Grain North in Rockford after 20 plus years of service. Paul enjoyed attending auctions, collecting clocks, working on farm equipment, driving the Amish and most of all spending time with his family.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Scott Rowe officiating; where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
