* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Nancy Meeds
Nancy E. Meeds age 88 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the Vancrest of St. Marys Health Care Center in St. Marys.
She was born the daughter of Herman and Opal (Lanich) Shade on October 15, 1935 in Versailles, Ohio. On January 29, 1956 she married Elvy Meeds, who died October 10, 2018.
Nancy is survived by her two children Pamela Meeds and Scott Nell of Statesville, N. C. and Ronald Meeds and Sally Kane of Celina.
In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Deborah Meeds, brothers Royce Shade, Carl Shade, France Shade, Jack Shade and her two sisters Enid Ketring, and Dorothy Hopkins.
Nancy graduated from Versailles High School, with the Class of 1953. She was a homemaker and Volunteered at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. She enjoyed working at the Gift shop.
A private family memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina. Burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
