* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Wilbert Kemper
Wilbert E. Kemper, age 91 of Maria Stein, Ohio died Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.
He was born on Christmas Day in 1932 to the late Joseph & Catherine (Dahlinghaus) Kemper in Maria Stein, Ohio.
He is survived by brothers & sister-in-law: Jerome & Bernadetta Kemper, Osgood, Joseph Kemper, Maria Stein, and 20 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers & sister: Werner & Viola Kemper, Linus & Georgia Kemper, Rita & William Baltes, infant Francis Kemper, sister-in-law Shirley Kemper and three nephews.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein and a veteran of the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1957. Wilbert enjoyed playing cards, singles dances, but had a special love for farming and working the land with his brother Joe.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein. Burial with full military honors will follow at St. John Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2024 and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Shrine of the Holy Relics and the Spiritual Center of Maria Stein.
