* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Michael Wagner
Michael (Mike) J. Wagner, age 76 of Coldwater, died on Friday, January 19, 2024 at his home in Coldwater. He was born on June 13, 1947 in Celina to the late Clarence & Joan (Schlosser) Wagner.
Mike is survived by siblings and in-law, Joyce Scott of Celina, Deborah & Ronald Forsthoefel of Loudonville, and Kathy G. Rutschilling of Coldwater. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews, Yvonn Wamsley, Kyle and Dustin Rutschilling, Alyssa Huber, Nathan and Andrew Forsthoefel.
In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Calvin L. Scott, Sr.
Mike was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. He was a 1965 graduate of Coldwater High School and Miami Jacobs College in Dayton. He worked for Wagner Construction Company, Versa Pak, Accutech and many years with the village of Coldwater. Over the years he enjoyed refurbishing cars, especially corvettes and planting flowers in the springtime at his home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 24 at 10:30 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 9 AM until 10:30 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Village of Coldwater or Coldwater Memorial Park.
