* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Danny Williams
Danny Lee Williams, 54, of Celina, died at 7:30 p.m. on Friday Jan. 12, 2024 at the OSU Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born January 3, 1970 in Van Wert to Charles and Dorothy (Lindeman) Williams.
Survivors include: sisters Cindy (Dave) Freeman of Celina; Diane (Brian) Hitchen of St. Marys; and Vickie (Alan) Bruggeman of St. Marys; brothers Charles Williams, Jr. of Decatur, Ind., and Tony (Staci) Williams of Delphos; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and best friend Robert Robinson of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by parents Charles and Dorothy Williams; sister Connie Blosser; nephew Jarrett Fowler; brother-in-law Bob Cotterman; brother-in-law Terry Fowler; and sister-in-law Cora Diane Williams.
He worked various jobs throughout his lifetime. His interests included animals (especially, his dog Angus), Pittsburgh Steelers football and listening to music.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday Jan. 25, 2024 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. His family encourages attendees to dress casually or in their favorite NFL attire.
