Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

NTPA Grand Nationals weekend wraps up in Fort Recovery

Tractors and trucks tried to go the full-pull as the National Tractor Pullers Association concluded its Fort Recovery Grand Nationals on Saturday at Ambassador Park.
In the afternoon session, Martin Quigley took first place in the Region II 5.0 Pro Stock Tractor class with a top effort of 319.200 feet driving "Bad Decisions." Jeff Ahrens took second with "Gone Green" with a pull of 315.795 feet and Chris Cain and "Aces Wild" was third at 314.750 feet. [More]
