Richard Shinn
Richard Ross Shinn, 39, of Villa Nova (St. Marys Twp. in Auglaize Co., OH), died Thursday September 26, 2024 at his residence.
He was born July 24, 1985 in St. Marys, OH to Robert Lee and Bonnie "Bone" (Tincher) Shinn. On August 10, 2010 in Wapakoneta, OH he married Allison Ivy Hager, who survives.
Also survived by: daughter Sacora Shinn of St. Marys, OH; son Ross Shinn of St. Marys, OH; mother Bone (Dave) Cotterman of St. Marys, OH; and brother Benjamin "B.J." Shinn of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by his father Robert L. Shinn.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 2005).
Richard worked for B & B House of Carpet in Celina, OH, where he was a lead installer. His favorite pastimes included fishing and working on cars.
A time of sharing and remembrance in his honor is scheduled for 3 - 5 p.m. on Saturday October 5, 2024 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys.
