* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Gregory James
Gregory Allen James, age 69, died peacefully at home in Weatherford, Texas surrounded by his family.
He was born in Versailles, Ohio to the late Roger M James, Jr. and late Roberta M (Pepiot) James.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Deborah (Debbie) Brannon James and sons Matthew Allen James and Lucas Tyler James. Also surviving are his brother Roger M James III and sister Sharon James Franke.
During his youth he graduated from Versailles High School and attained the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in geology, he worked in the Texas oil fields as an on-site geologist. He then moved to Coldwater, Ohio and joined the family business, Buckeye Apparel, Inc. He served as Executive Officer with the company for 28 years. He also lived in Southport, North Carolina, Fort Worth, Texas and Weatherford, Texas.
He was a long time Lions Club member and served on the cannon crew of the Southport, NC Historical Society. He was an active Boy Scout Committee member.
Greg was a proud father of his sons and the family enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, traveling, barbecuing. He was preceded in death by his beloved cats, Elvis and Percy.
Private burial will be at a later date.
